Kale Tacos

This is a delicious and easy to prepare meal that I’ve literally made with my pocket knife on hiking trips. They are Kale Taco’s, and they will definately kick start your energy levels.. You think 5 Hour Energy works? It doesn’t do as good as a job as this. On top of that, that drink only last 5 hours and after that, your body will crash.. again. Why not maintain a full day with full energy with Raw Food!? :D Meals like this will not only fill you up, but load you on the nutrients your body WANTS and NEEDS giving you natural energy that most people probably haven’t felt since they were a kid.

The Recipe is rather simple

Washed Kale Leaves
Sliced Mango
Sliced Avocado
Dates (if desired)
Sliced Tomatoes (if desired)

Place the Mango, Avocado, Dates, and Tomatoes in the Kale Leaf and eat it like it’s a Taco! It’s RAWsome! With this dish I served Cherries and Kiwi Slices on the side. I swear, If it wasn’t snowing.. In April.. In New Mexico.. I would of gone for a nice long run. I’ve got pent up energy.. But I hate the cold.. I think I’ll stay inside and watch TV instead.. :(
