Waldorf Salad

Hmm.. Holy crap this is delicious. I didn’t think the onion would blend in too well but it’s very subtle! Here’s the recipe for this RAWSOME Meal:

2 Fuji Apples, chopped
2 Tomatoes, chopped
2 Avocados, chopped
1 Orange Sweet Bell Pepper, Chopped
1/2 Sweet Onion, Chopped
Handful of Sprouts. I used Broccoli Sprouts.
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Pinch of Sea Salt
Dash of Cayenne Pepper
Dash of Onion Powder

1. Combine everything in a bowl.
2. Eat and be full in approximately 6 bites.
3. Be RAWesome.

This serves 2 people, Easily.
